Mija is the border collie that started it all. She was originally owned by a truck driver. This man thought that Mija would be a good companion in his truck. Needless to say it did not work out. When Mija was about 14 weeks old, the truck driver offered her to Denise and Angie. Without hesitation, Mija became a permanent addition to the family.
Mija is a great dog that is easy to live with. She has an off switch, but is ready to go at a moment's notice. Denise did all Mija's flyball training and herding training. Angie trained and ran Mija in agility. Mija is retired from agility but still runs flyball on Bi-State Performance Dogs B-Team. She helps train new handlers and new puppies. Mija loves flyball and will run for anyone in any position.
